I saw you are interested in the Fuji folder prototype but there are plenty of good fuji medium format cameras available used that could fit your purpose. They have some 645 folders and my preference is the GA645 point and shoot. Either way you'd have a compact high quality camera. Your negatives would be a little smaller but I don't think the difference between 6x7 and 6x4.5 is substantial.
