I wanted to see what would happen if I stitched two frames of crossprocessed film together. See, Candlestick Point and Bayview are a little wide from where I was taking the picture, at least when using a 50mm lens.

But I got curious as to what would happen with an essentially grainy image with weird colors when crossed. So I tried it out, and found that it looks pretty darn good, even though I didn't entirely intend to stitch the pictures.

Part of this, of course, is that I'm using a 50mm prime lens, so I've got a rather distortion-free image to start with. Part of my frustration with night panoramas lately has been that I'm really starting to notice that the A95 isn't as crisp as I'd like it to be when wide open and I keep getting results that don't stitch so well.
